About the second bug, "The icon effect doesn't stop" : which effect is it ?
isn't it just the application that demands attention ?

Bug description:
Another issue with the auto-hide option !
Reproduce the bug under cairo-dock 2.1.0 (Ubuntu ppa weekly) :
- Maximize a window
- Close it
- The dock should automaticly unactive the auto-hide option, but it's not
- The dock is still hidden
