I'm afraid I can't fix it before I install Karmic then :-/ could you please give me the output of cairo-dock -l debug when you open the GMenu's quick-launcher dialog and click on the "cancel" button and it doesn't close ? (with the latest version (2.1.1 stable), because I've added some debug messages on this purpose) thanks again !
