can sonemone confirm it also occurs with the cairo backend (that's to say the xrender one), using "cairo-dock -c" ? thanks !

There is just one problem : some flashes appear (often) and the dock is moved quickly when the window used by Cairo-Dock is resized. In fact Cairo-Dock resizes its window when the dock is active.
