Hello and thank you for this bug report, What's your window manager (aka WM ; e.g. Compiz, Metacity, XFWM, KWin, etc.)? And which version of dock are you using (cairo-dock -v). Can you launch the dock from a terminal and check if you've some warnings when you minimise a window?
