I used playonlinux to create 4 shortcuts (.desktop files) for wine to launch word, excel, powerpoint and onenote. It placed them on my desktop, and I dragged them into my launcher subdock. When you look in the dock though it shows 4 icons of the same type, and they all launch the same application. if I look in ".config/cairo- dock/current_theme_launchers/" they are all different files, and they all have different content. If I double click them on my desktop they open the correct application. I have attached a screenshot showing the icons on my desktop, in the subdock, and in the config directory. One other thing, if I rename the files and reload cairo-dock, the icon being show in the subdock, and the program it launches changes. It is always 4 of the same thing, but it might be Excel, Word, or whatever. This is 3.0.99.rc1, ubuntu 64 bit, gnome-session.
