It happened after upgrading to 12.10. Usually happens after menus in LibreOffice stop working. In order to reactivate them I minimize Writer/Calc and reactivate it using the launcher. When the window comes up, the dock stays static on mouse over and has to be killed.
I have reassigned the alt-cmd-tab key combination using ccsm. Can this be a source of irritation?
