My skype icon on the notification area stays always off-line and doesn't
reflect the real skype status.
Oddly when Skype logs-out it breaks cpu-freqindicator icons on notification
area and cleans the icons within quick browser plug-in.
In attachment a screenshot with the permanently blank skype icon and the output
of dbus-monitor starting from skype launch till successfully log-in.
