Well, Ending the /usr/lib/indicator-application/indicator-application-service cairo debug window (and cairo itself) becomes insensible to every skype events. I decided to try to kill the other indicator-application-service but I don't know the way to do that..
Just for comparison I've tried to see if AWN gives the same issues with latest skype. No, it doesn't. AWN shows correctly the skype icons. SOmething strange has happened when I've launched Cairo with Skype still running.
