Public bug reported:
Hovering over a dock icon shows the text label, but when I hover my
mouse away from the dock, passing over the label, the label stays there.
It is only when I can hover away from the icon without touching the
label that it will disappear as expected.
I'm running Linux Mint 14 64bit with Cinnamon Desktop.
