cairo-dock 1.3.0 on Cinnamon 1.6.7 on Linux Mint 14
nVidia 9600m with proprietary driver 310.14 beta
sometimes icons are replaced by a white noisy square as shown here:

this seems to only happen with icons that change ...
specifically Banshee (music player), Firefox with more than one window open,
Nemo with more than one window open
