If this file contains this line, it means that this launcher will only be 
visible on Unity sessions:

Title:
  I have installed Unsettings. Using Unity, I can see Unsetting icon on
  "System Settings". But when I'm using only Cairo (disable Unity), I
  can't see Unsettings anywhere.
