This is strange, these icons should not be animated if the dock is
hidden.
@fabounet: But is it really hidden? Impulse is using
`cairo_dock_is_hidden`:
if (myData.pSharedMemory->bIsUpdatingIconsList

Strange behavior of impulse

Bug description:
Cairo-Dock is set to become semitransparent when a window hover the dock.
I've installed Impulse that wobbly the icons when audio is played.
So, when I listen music the Impulse do it's job. When I open a maximised
window, the dock become semitransparent, all good, but when I switch to another
maximised window the dock behavior is strange. I attach some pictures to see
