Launcher on specific viewport resize issue.

Bug description:
I have icons set to be 24 x 24 in
Appearance / Icons / icons size / [Launcher's size at rest, Applications size
at rest, Applet's size at rest]
I added a custom launcher to a panel.
I set 'only show in this specific viewport' to 2.
When I go to the viewport the icon is too big. When I hover over the icon it
resizes to the correct size.
The problem reoccurs when I go to a different viewport and back again.
Not serious (obviously) but annoying.
Version 2.3.0~2
