Unfortunately and due to a big lack of time, we were not able to fix this bug... But I'm a bit lost with this one: is your problem about the position of the taskbar? With Cairo-Dock, the taskbar (the place in the dock where icons are used to monitor running applications without launcher) is always in the main dock. So if you want to move it, you have to move the main dock.

I can do it for main panel - there is special variant to do it. But for others only predefined sizes are available. For now i have main panel as dedicated, and launchers on second thing panel. The problem is that taskbar presents only on main panel, and sometimes it growes too much with only 3 icons... i set taskbar to show only minimized, but it affects launchers as well, making then useless for window switching (could be considered as another bug).
