Are you using GTK 3.10 from GNOME ppa? Is it maybe possible to check if you also have this bug with the latest development version of the dock? You can easily install it by adding our "Weekly ppa": http://glx-dock.org/ww_page.php?p=ppa%20Weekly&lang=en
