I confirm this bug when using the development version of the dock and Ubuntu
14.10 with GTK 3.12.
It seems we also have this bug with Ubuntu 14.04 and GTK 3.10.

Hello,
My theme configuration window is black.. (see the attached file). It seems to
be the only window like this..
To reproduce the bug, just go on the theme configuration window (easy
to do I think..).
