Public bug reported:
Initially, it was the icons in the Notification desklet that jumped
around. Then, when I got a Cairo window open to try to disable the
'reserve space' setting, that window started jumping around - hundreds
of pixels up the screen, then back again and so on, like a yo-yo.
Madness!
Linux Mint 17.3 x64 Cinnamon 2.8.
Cairo Dock 3.4.99.alpha1 with 3.4.99.alpha1.1 Cairo plugins. Perhaps this is
not the most recent stable release - I am finding it hard to tell - sorry.
