Unbelievable! If that is the attitude of developers on this platform, I won't be pinning much hope on the future of cake. Any strategy that works sometimes and not sometimes is fundamentally flawed. It's not a minor inconvenience, because it creates a situation where the undesirable behaviour need to be explicitly documented. And as far as I can see, no one has bothered to document it. Is that why the mailing list is full of people complaining how difficult cake is to understand???
