I think you should maybe read what that constant is for before effectively deleting it ;)
http://manual.cakephp.org/chapter/4 Possibly (as I also don´t know what you are wanting to do) you want to change CAKE_SESSION_COOKIE or CAKE_SESSION_STRING.
