None of those things really need their own conventions, because they're
all the same as the standard-issue Cake conventions.  Components and
helpers are the same as regular classes, just add 'Component' or
'Helper' to the end of the class name.  This is obvious when you look
at any existing helper or component.

Elements are the same as view templates, they just go in their own
folder, so again, no special conventions.

Behaviors don't exist yet, so they have no conventions whatsoever.
