OK. So include $this->element(...) is about the same as $this->renderElement() except we don't need to pass the parameter's array, right?
I guess that solution can work in most of the cases (although i don't find it very elegant). My case is a little peculiar though. I have several plugins and several distinct view paths, so my solution would be better for me (i've implemented it anyway for myself, just thought it would be a good feature for cake).
