I had restarted apache.

I replaced the IfModule part of my httpd.conf with yours, and tried to restart Apache (sudo apachectl graceful)

I get this error:

Syntax error on line 1091 of /etc/httpd/httpd.conf:
<IfModule takes one argument, Container for directives based on existance of specified modules
/usr/sbin/apachectl graceful: httpd could not be started
