You didn't really explain what you meant by "not working" :) Does it mean you get some sort of error when the code runs? Does it return the wrong results? The PHP function print_r is a great way to figure out what went wrong, when you aren't getting the results you're expecting.
One thing that seems odd to me right off the bat though is in the $hasOne relationship, you are saying that a Menu $hasOne Menu.
