Is there a good reason for not using plugins for all my app files. Most websites I create are multiple apps i.e. forum, blog.. in a way it seems more organised to keep these together as plugins and shared resorces only in the app folder.
Would it also make sense to keep libraries like scriptaculous, dojo,.. in the vendors directory?
