Hi AD7six, I am not sure...actually I even don't know asp...I am not sure from where I got that file...definitely I downloaded it from prototype website.....
and can you expand on RequestHandler...I am new to CakePHP and never used RequestHandler...but don't worry if you don't have time..I can search on cakephp website...
