Wordpress scheme isn't bad. But you need to be aware of the fact that you are using
a non-primary key as your unique identifier. In the comments to the post mentioned
by nate, tomo pointed out the possibility of using an url like: /posts/view/1/my-post-slug.
This way your url's will stay consistent even if the post slug changes, but you still have the
buzz words for the SE's in the url.
