This will not be enough and i regret that. >From version cake_1.1.6.3264 to cake_1.1.7.3363 there have been made changes to CSS too in the /app directory. Maybe others too.
'Not knowing for sure' makes it difficult to decide how to upgrade. Is it possible to find a zip that ONLY contains the changes ? This would be very helpfull.
