My friend recommended to me tsWebEditor ( http://tswebeditor.net.tc/ ) recently, and it seems pretty nice. All the cool features of the big apps and the lightweight/portability of smaller apps. I've been trying it out on my USB thumbdrive. Oh yea, and free is nice. :P
