when you use virtualhosts you can keep the default directory structure
intact i would say?

for example: /cake contains app1 , app2 (each have their own webroot
directory) and cake (the libraries)

then setup your virtualdomains up (pseudo-code):
virtual domain : path cake/app1/webroot
domain1

virtual domain: path cake/app2/webroot
domain2


i think this is a good idea
