2. No. I was just trying to use bake.php script from command line and
it created a elearning folder.
I used XAMPP to install Apache, PHP, and MySQL. Here is the current
folder structure of CakePHP
1. D:\xampp\xampp\htdocs\cake

|----------user.php
|----------lession.php
|--- controller
|----------users_controller.php
|----------lession_controller.php
|--- view
|-----cake
|--- \....
|--- \....
