If you haven´t created a database configuration file, and the page is
styled (you can access the css file) then it sounds like it's set up.

if http://www.DOMAIN.com/foo gives you a server error you need to look
into mod_rewrite  (check the manual for further instructions if
necessary) otherwise that´s probably it.
