I think that is 'cause gzipping a file will generate a file.mov.gz.
Maybe you could try with tar zcvf file.tgz file.mov. The content
filtering is based on the extension of the file, so renaming is also ok :)

I've downloaded it. Thanks a lot.

Maybe it could be useful to provide all the screencasts in compressed
format for downloading. Not for a while but always available from the
screencasts page. I'm sure to not to be the only one with this restrictions.
