You just need to set the 'id' key of the $htmlAttributes array
parameter. This will replace the ID that is generated by default, it
does not make two.
For example, if you do <?=$html->password('Contact/passwd', array('id'
=> 'ThePassword')); ?>, it will give you <input type="password"
name="data[User][passwd]" id="ThePassword" />.
