We're not going to do your project for you. Yes you can probably do all those things with CakePHP, but you're going to have to spend some time and figure it out. Find tutorials and follow them. Find screencasts and watch them. Find documentation and read it. Registration and login, in particular, is an extremely common need for a web site, and you should have no trouble finding examples of how to do it in CakePHP. Once you get started and have specific questions, feel free to ask them.
