And changing to the use of the Form helper's input() method isn't a
clear fix:

echo $form->hidden('ImageImgFileBatch', array(
    'value' => 1,
    'name' => 'data[Image][img_file][batch][]',
    'id' => null,
    'class' => 'batch'
));

Still produces:

<input type="hidden" value="1" name="data[Image][img_file][batch][]">
