The script runs every 15 minutes. I've disabled it and tested prior to posting (forgot to mention that, sorry) with the same issue. The sessions table is used to make sure that no one can log on with the same username and password multiple times. Its being written to when a user logs on, and when the session is checked for validation in checkAuth(); > If you keep loosing session, try to check if you are accessing your > cakephp cms throught a proxy server. > It could be having trouble dealing the dynamic pages of your system, > and making you lose your session data. > If you are using squid proxy, therre is some lines (that i dont > remembere now) you have to put on to tell it not to cache your dynamic > pages. No proxy, wish it was then it would be easier to decipher what the heck is going on here. > You can also try to disable cache in config/core. Cache is disabled, first thing I do to any website running Cake. :) > Also, you can see if your client is allowing cookies from your domain. They are getting the cookies, and they are being processed accordingly. It's very confusing because all the standard(s) have been checked and triple checked but the sessions are being lost at random intervals. -- Our newest site for the community: CakePHP Video Tutorials http://tv.cakephp.org Check out the new CakePHP Questions site http://ask.cakephp.org and help others with their CakePHP related questions.
