Thank you for open my eyes :D!! Ok, this table will be a reference table example property type (House, Apartment, Office,...) and not will change a lot, also will be used by admin user, not all users.
My purpose is avoid a lot of joins tables. to check the performance of the App with a lot of concurrency when this app grow.
