Cara, pra isso vc vai ter q criar um aplicativo desktop provavelmente para Imprimir em matricial, ai vc cria uma api pro suadela desktop baixar os boletos de tua aplicação.
Foi isso q me veio a cabeça no momento. Ou enviar os boletos por email.
