Just an FYI for those of you using meioupload behavior and CakePHP 2.0
I found you need to modify this line in meio_upload.php. So far all appears
to be working just fine after this change.
From:
App::import('Core', array('File', 'Folder'));
To:
App::import('Utility', array('File', 'Folder'));
