Has anyone ever seen this?

In FF my favico image is missing. View source and click the link to the icon
and I get

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
<html><head>
<title>401 Authorization Required</title>
</head><body>
<h1>Authorization Required</h1>
<p>This server could not verify that you
are authorized to access the document
requested. Either you supplied the wrong
credentials (e.g., bad password), or your
browser doesn't understand how to supply
the credentials required.</p>
<p>Additionally, a 401 Authorization Required
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the
request.</p>

Every other browser I do the same, view source, click the ico link and
presto browser shows the favicon.

Simply using echo $this->Html->meta('icon'); so I am puzzled why only FF
will not render it and throws up the error.

Thanks all,

K
