Hi there, I'm trying to use the Paypal component in the bakery http://bakery.cakephp.org/articles/parris/2009/07/08/paypal-payments-component-using-curl
And I'm a bit of a noob and just sort of stumbling my way through figuring all this out. According to the manual http://book.cakephp.org/view/1613/Vendor-assets Vendor Assets are no longer supported in 1.3 however the component I'm trying to use has a couple of files like vendors/paypal/Paypal.php How do I go about turning this into a plugin.
