I have an issue where user A logs into our application, that user does there thing. Through the application we have email notifications which notify the user of certain things which happen during any period of time. Well inside this email there is a link which takes them to the corresponding page. The problem is, when the tab is created and the browser navigates to the link, the session is not shared. The user has to log in again, this log in refers them to their default landing page and not the page in question.
Now the default standard with tabs is that the session is shared and opening a new tab after logging in through a different tab and manually browsing via url at the top the user does not have to log in again. My question is: What is the reason for this? Please let me know if I haven't given enough information. -- Our newest site for the community: CakePHP Video Tutorials http://tv.cakephp.org Check out the new CakePHP Questions site http://ask.cakephp.org and help others with their CakePHP related questions.
