It's not recommended to use FileCache for webserver environment (it's ok
for cli though).
Thats because the filecache engine uses flock() to synchronize
concurrent access which locks on process level.
Hence, in a multithreaded environment several requests handled by the
same process will successfully
acquire the lock and thus write to the same file concurrently.
