I investigated beforehand and this is fair use of a trademark. I'm not
trying to impersonate or cause confusion among CakePHP users by making
a CakePHP tutorial site... the word CakePHP is used nominatively.

If this were true, then many sites that contain trademarked names
would have to be closed, for example:

photoshoptutorials.ws/
www.photoshopstar.com/
www.officetutorials.com/
excelhelp.org/
www.excelforum.com/

and tons more.
