I am not sure, but if you put this:
$uses = array('Vins', 'bla', 'bla');
Or: $this->Vin->Region->generateList())
should be:
$this->Region->generateList()); // assure to put: $uses =
array('Region','..','..');
Or it will give "undefined property"
