This is very odd. When I print out the contents of the table, the first name and last name show up in the view. But the codes (3 of them) do not. On line 36 in the controller, if I print it out, all of the data is there. So is the provider variable not getting set correctly? On line 6 in the view, the contents are not print out at all! Very confusing...
