OK, I put the directroy "SkillsMat" in the vendor folder and I created
a SkillsMatController file.
How do I call (run) the file from the view.ctp button?
Currently I have the following:
<?php echo $this->Html->link(__('Skills Matrix'), '/SkillsMat/
edit_scores.php#"'.$person['Person']['full_name'].'"'); ?>
