Sure. 

You just need:
- FlourJS,
- SugarCRM
- Phocoa (Like Cocoa, for PHP)
- PHPEgg
- Mozilla Butter (For Popcorn)

If this is not rich enough for you, try adding some "Chocolate Chip UI".
