ControllerTestCase/TestSuite is throwing a PHP error because Router::currentRoute()->response is not defined on TestSuite.php line 250. This is encountered in a branch taken because $request->params['controller'] is not set. So I think that this may be the root of the problem but I'm not sure. I've been digging in the bowels of Router.php, in particular setRequestInfo(), but have not been able to figure out why params['controller'] is not set or remains NULL.
