OK, I got further with this. I edited my EmailConfig host as follows: 'host' => 'ssl://pop3.live.com', ... and I enabled SSL in PHP ini. Now I get a different error: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
